Experience:
Thirty years of public service with the United States Air Force and local law enforcement. During my tenure with the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office, I have served as a Patrol Deputy, Special Investigations Detective, Community Policing Deputy & Sergeant, Adjunct Instructor for the Regional Community Policing Institute, Criminal Investigations Sergeant, Sarasota County multi-agency Narcotics Task Force supervisor and Support Services Lieutenant. I am a member of the Florida Sheriff’s Statewide Task Force Emergency Operations Center Command Advisory team, International Association for Property and Evidence and Sarasota County Sheriff’s United Way committee.

Recognized by the FBI, DEA, FDLE, U.S. Customs, Sarasota Police Department, Venice Police Department, North Port Police Department and various local civic organizations for my work as an undercover narcotics detective and criminal investigations supervisor.
